Phase 1 of collaboration (onboarding):

1. We arrange a meeting and utilize a comprehensive questionnaire to ensure a thorough understanding of your company.

2. We collect all relevant existing materials to aid us in the implementation process.

3. You will receive a Statement of Work document detailing our collaboration, the Brand Touchpoints* that you want us to work on, as well as the agreed-upon action plan, timeframe for review meetings, and delivery date.

4. Once we have everything ready and have a clear view of your business, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the structure of your brand book and some initial ideas regarding your brand touchpoints for feedback.

Phase 2 of our collaboration (implementation):

1. After the onboarding month, we will allocate time for implementing the brand identity. Once we finalize the initial version of your brand identity, we will conduct a presentation to gather feedback.

2. After the presentation, we engage in a cyclical review process until we craft the brand that best suits your company.

Please note: The number of available revisions will be specified in the statement of work. Additional review cycles are subject to an extra charge. Furthermore, the implementation phase timeframe varies according to the number of brand touchpoints you wish to include in your brand book.
